    • Some knowledge on HR Process or any HR Solution will be helpful in easy understanding/co-relating of concepts.

    Course Curriculum:

    1). Introduction to Success Factors

    Learning Objective – In this module, you will understand what is Success factors and its necessities, its day-to-day roles and the problems & solutions. You will also learn about the various infrastructure layouts and understand Scalability and Availability.
    2). Employee Central

    Learning Objective – In this module, you will understand how success factors stores HR data by learning about foundation objects & data models how we handle them. Integration capability of success factors and other key elements like MDF Framework will be explored in this module.

    3). Performance Management

    Learning Objective – In this module, you will understand how the complete process of Performance and Goal Management is configured and customized to meet client requirements. Along with these we will also explore the various key steps involved in setting up this process as Admin/Manager/Employee

    4). Workforce Analytics

    Learning Objective – In this module, you will understand how easy it is to configure Reports there by Analytics. Difference between report and a Query also relating them to Analytics. On the other side we also will go through the complete Workforce Planning process also.

     Project Work

    •  Hands on activities are given after most of the sessions.
    • Documentation will be provided for Hands on Exercises
    • All Hands on exercise when combined will be a sample project.

     Important Information

    • First 10 min would be open for Q&A on tasks assigned.
    • Manager User would be given to Trainee during Module 1
    • Admin User would be given to Trainee during remaining Modules.
    • Trainees will not be given Access to Provisioning System.
    • Tasks will be given on XML’s and your changes were uploaded onto System by trainer during the session.
