Message Queue is an IBM Websphere product, Its task is to transport the data from one point to other. MQ administration consists of a different types of tools to perform different tasks. Performing a task depends on the whether you’re in the production or development environment. It’s platform independent, it supports more than 35 plus OS and for each OS there is different MQ software. Its enable an application to application communication facility irrespective of the place it resides. It transforms data in an efficient manner, but it doesn’t have any information regarding the content of the message. It consists of a standardized application interface that supports various programming languages.
